Our newly-formed Junior Squad competed in their first ever match and earned a 20-7 victory! We welcomed South Whales Swim School to Sobell Leisure Centre, who were also making their competitive debut as a team under a relatively unknown Head Coach, Matthew Griffiths... Since the summer of 2024, a collaboration has been developed between South Whales Swim School and Cwm Draig Water Polo Club. A previous Swim Wales School of the Year award winner, SWSS were eager to offer their swimmers an alternative aquactic route in the form of water polo, and so, got in touch with Cwm Draig to be an external provider of the sport. The Welsh conquered Lyme Regis ONCE AGAIN!
